Girlhood is where I write about the invisible lessons many of us learned long before we had the language to question them. It is a space for exploring identity, belonging, self-worth, perfectionism, relationships, grief, resilience, and the complicated process of becoming ourselves.

These essays are inspired by my experiences as a therapist, educator, researcher, mother, and woman, but they are written for anyone who has ever found themselves wondering:
