My scholarship and professional writing explore how individuals, communities, and helping professionals navigate challenge, connection, and growth.

As a counselor educator, clinician, and researcher, I am particularly interested in suicidality, grief, trauma, resilience, belonging, perfectionism, counselor development, and the relational factors that support wellbeing.

My work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals, professional publications, and invited media outlets. Across these contributions, I aim to bridge research and practice, making complex ideas accessible and useful to the professionals and communities they serve.
