Personal Growth & Life Transition Sessions are designed for individuals seeking support around personal development, decision-making, life transitions, confidence, identity, leadership, relationships, and values-based living.

These sessions provide a structured space to reflect, gain clarity, explore possibilities, and move forward intentionally. Together, we focus on where you are now, where you would like to go, and the steps needed to create meaningful change.

Topics may include:

  • Life and career transitions

  • Leadership development

  • Identity exploration

  • Confidence and self-worth

  • Relationship and life direction questions

  • Values clarification

  • Purpose and personal growth

These sessions are non-clinical in nature and do not include diagnosis, treatment planning, mental health counseling, or psychotherapy services.

Therapy or Counseling

Therapy is a clinical service provided by a licensed mental health professional and is designed to address mental health concerns, emotional distress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and psychological symptoms that may be impacting daily functioning.

Therapy may involve exploring past experiences, understanding patterns of thoughts and emotions, processing difficult life events, and developing strategies for healing and symptom reduction. Depending on a client’s needs, treatment may incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and other clinically informed interventions.

Therapy may be appropriate for individuals experiencing:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship challenges

  • Mood concerns

  • Stress and burnout

  • Other emotional or mental health concerns

Clinical counseling services are available to individuals physically located in states where I am licensed to practice.
